Investa is a highly focused and fully integrated real estate investment business that owns, manages and develops quality office buildings in Australia.
It currently has commercial assets under management of approximately $6.5bn which includes:
- a commercial office investment portfolio
- development assets
- assets managed on behalf of retail and wholesale investors
Cornerstone to the business is the ownership of Investa Property Trust, a portfolio of 25 premium and A grade office assets predominantly weighted to the larger Australian office markets of Sydney, North Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Development activity continues to be a key strategy for the future following the completion of the Foster & Partners designed Deutsche Bank Place in Sydney CBD in 2005. Sites have been acquired in key markets such as Sydney CBD and Brisbane and construction has now been completed at the 28,500m2 Ark development in North Sydney which will become the new home for Coca Cola Amatil.
