- Campbell Hanan, Group Executive

Campbell is the Group Executive Commercial Office for Investa. This includes the funds management responsibility for Investa’s commercial office portfolio and the asset and property management responsibility. Campbell has been at Investa for four years.
Prior to joining Investa, Campbell held positions at UBS Securities, Colliers International and Savills and has 15 years of experience in the property industry. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.
- Michael Cook, Group Executive, Special Projects

Michael Cook is the Group Executive, Special Projects at Investa Property Group, with responsibility for major new projects and capital transactions. Prior to joining Investa in 2003, Michael was based in Hong Kong working on the $5 Billion International Finance Centre project. Before that Michael worked at AMP as the Manager of Commercial Asset Management, principally concerned with co-owned assets such as 600 Bourke Street and Darling Park. He was also previously the Senior Asset Manager at BT Funds Management where he was responsible for the development and asset management of hotels, shopping centres, industrial buildings and office buildings. Michael was involved in the initial hostile takeover of the Grosvenor Trust in 1994 (BT Office Trust/Principal Office Trust) and the subsequent takeover of the Principal Office Trust in 2003.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management.
- Barbara Harran, Chief Financial Officer

Barbara Harran is the Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Office group at Investa Property Group. This includes the financial responsibility for the Portfolio, Asset and Property Services divisions.
Barbara has worked at Investa since 2005 as a Finance Manager in the Land Developments division. Prior to joining Investa, Barbara was an audit manager with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Barbara is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of accounting experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & German from The Queen’s University of Belfast.
- David Stabback, General Manager, Investment Portfolio

David Stabback is the General Manager responsible for the performance of Investa’s Investment Portfolio within the Commercial Office group.
Prior to joining Investa, David held positions at Westpac Banking Corporation, Colliers International and Knight Frank and has 25 years of experience in the property industry. David is a licensed Valuer and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
- Greg Kerr, General Manager, Property Services

Greg Kerr is the General Manager of Property Services for Investa, within the Commercial Office group. The role primarily includes the management of the Facilities, Project & Property Management disciplines. Greg has been with Investa for 5 years and has held a range of roles within Investa the most recent being the Head of Project Management.
Prior to joining Investa, Greg held the position of National Construction & Facilities Manager (Food & Liquor) with Coles Myer. Greg has over 20 years experience within the construction, project management and property industry spread across the commercial and retail sectors.
- Tina Tang, Group General Manager, Developments

Tina Tang is the Group General Manager, Developments within the Commercial Office group at Investa. Tina is responsible for Investa’s commercial and mixed-use development portfolio.
Prior to joining Investa in 2008, Tina was a Director of Capital Transactions at Brookfield Multiplex, concentrating on the formation of a wholesale fund comprising a number of development assets. Tina has also held various development executive roles at Multiplex and Lend Lease over her 21 years in the property industry.
- Malcolm Kemp, Head of Asset Management, QLD

Malcolm Kemp is the Head of Asset Management, Queensland at Investa Property Group. Prior to joining Investa in 2005 Malcolm was Head of Property at Cromwell where he developed and set up the commercial diversified property trust which included the purchase of 14 buildings.
Malcolm has also been the Head of Property at the Bank of Queensland and was employed by Commonwealth Property (now Colonial First State) in an asset management role for properties in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia. Malcolm has over 18 years experience in commercial real estate, with skills in property management, leasing, asset management and valuations.

Sally Franklin is the Head of Asset Management - VIC & SA for Investa Property Group. Her primary role includes the asset management of Premium and A Grade buildings throughout Victoria and South Australia to the value of $1.2bn. Sally is also the Victorian Officer in Effective Control for Investa Asset Management Pty Ltd.
Sally has over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate market working as a Certified Valuer, Property Consultant, Asset Manager and Funds Manager with companies such as CB Richard Ellis, Urbis JHD, MacarthurCook and Telstra as the National Strategy & Planning Manager for Telstra Property. Sally holds a Bachelor of Business (Property).

Tom Simurina is the Head of Asset Management – NSW for Investa Property Group. His primary role includes the asset management of Premium and A Grade buildings throughout NSW and Perth to value of $2.4bn. Tom has been with Investa for over 2 years and was previously the Portfolio Manager of Suncorp Group Account.
Tom has over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate market working as a Senior Property Manager, Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager with such companies as Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, and Tyndall Meridian. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Property Economics.
