Sites where Water Utilities read meters less frequently than monthly are read by the property manager. These figures are used for analysis and confirmed once bills arrive. All Queensland sites are now being read monthly by utilities.
Trial bioremediation methods to address accumulated grease deposits in sewer lines.
Bioremediation trialled and financially viable at one property. This has now been fully implemented.
Expand the Sydney Water 'Every Drop Counts' methodology to our Brisbane properties.
Conducted project with Brisbane City Council for expansion of 'Every Drop Counts' program within all Brisbane properties.
Expand water training program to all portfolio and asset services staff.

Explore and quantify potential for condensate capture and reuse from air-handling plant.
