Security and Emergency Preparedness Market Considerations — Investment & Asset Management

Our responsibility for security and emergency preparedness varies from building to building. In the majority of multi-tenanted buildings we provide access control, surveillance, onsite security and property management. In buildings where a single tenant occupies the whole (or majority) of the lettable area, the onsite security is typically managed by that tenant directly, with Investa providing infrastructure and personnel that coordinate the interface with building services. For many of our industrial properties, the tenant undertakes the day-to-day management within agreed guidelines.
